IRO ALMANAC is a small, independent site. It does not sell, rent, or trade information about its visitors, and it asks nothing of you in order to read it.
What Is Collected
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit and which palettes they look at. Analytics collects your approximate location (city level), the pages you view, the site or search that sent you here, and general information about your browser and device. It sets cookies in your browser to recognise repeat visits. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
There are no comment forms, no newsletter sign-up, and no user accounts on this site. Apart from the search box, there is nothing here that asks you to type anything.
Third Parties
Besides Analytics, one service is loaded when you open a page. Google Fonts supplies the typeface used across the site, and receives your IP address as a normal part of delivering the files. Google’s handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Links to Instagram and Pinterest appear on this site. Following them takes you to services with their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.
Your Choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on to stop Analytics entirely. The site works normally either way.
If you are in a territory that grants you rights over your data — to see it, correct it, or have it erased — write to the address below and it will be handled.
If you write to us, your message and address are kept only for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of any permission granted. They are not added to a mailing list.
Changes
If this site later carries advertising or affiliate links, this page will be updated before that happens.
